      • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery
      • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

      Non-returnable items:

      • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
      • Customised or personalised jewellery

      6. Shipping & Delivery

      We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

      Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

      We are not responsible for damage caused by:
